Maxwell MPA and MA IR students are a very diverse community.  Representing over 30 different countries, 60+ different undergraduate majors and minors … our students are completing their studies on a vast range of topical areas.  The majority of our students enter with 2-5 years of post-undergraduate work experience and an average age of 26.  Nearly 30% of our students are international, and 26% identify as US minority.  Just over 50% are women and we have strong US regional diversity with students hailing from over 30 different states within the US.  They will join an equally diverse alumni body that is located in 148 different countries!
